highlight of this weekend: a bunch of hunger-crazed senior gurls playing pillow basketball in crazy-retro-hats
when u're with a group of ur best friends fasting together for 30 hours.. it's amazing what we amuse ourselves with.

ellen and i were on dan's mom's car air drumming to this corny chinese cd she had playing (our parents listen to it ALL THE TIME) and got the hugest kick out of it. apart from the bad reputation i probably already have with mrs.lo, i don't think i made a very good impression on saturday. OH WELL. ellen and i definately made the car ride very enjoyable.

by 3PM, everyone was thoroughly enjoying never-ending games of rock-paper-scissor-shoot. lil clumps of people bundled around the kitchen of Red-Cross and hooted and hollered at their latest victory or defeat. ellen, eileen, and i just sat around in a daze watchin this goin on.
[missin' the oldies]
got to thinkin about the collegians saturday nite and really really started missin them. i talked to a few of them today and that really cheered me up. yooje, grace, bri, and emily are stuck in Ohio comin back from visiting Phil and Waka at UMICH.. Amy seems to be doing well =) and so does Dave Sun (he's coming home soon!). really lookin forward to the summer.. despite the fact that most of'm will be gone for jobs all around the country.. i'm pretty sure that some of'm will be around.. and hopefully i'll see them sometime over the summer!

dave called a few nites ago. was definately good to hear from him. he offered me some really good advice.. and even included a quote from LOTR said by Legolas to Aragon that surprisingly pertained to everything. (crazy dave...wat do they teach u in columbia?!) he's coming home next weekend to party with us! speakin of this weekend. lots going on. got practice from 12-3.. then brandon's coming to NJ again!! and gonna see josh again!! gonna watch them practice as well.. finally bran gets to prove how good of a drummer he is, heh. hangin out with matt on sunday (yay!). we're on a quest of great importance =)
