[airport mess]
so my flight was supposed to be at 5:54 and it was delayed till 10:20. i missed my connectin flight from Chicago to Champaign so i had to stay overnight at Chicago O'Hare airport. I was going to take the bus from chicago to champaign with george at 9:30AM the next day, but genie and dan are superpeople and they came to pick me up (a 6 hour roundtrip carride guys.. that's amazing. thank u guys SO MUCH) got into champaign at 7:30 AM... fun stuff. stayed at dan's and slept...

[luggage]
so yeah, since i missed my flight to champaign, i tried to get my luggage at chicago. i stood at the carousel for 2 HOURS. after the first hour, i went to the desk and asked them to find my luggage in the back, cuz it wasn't coming out. and i waited.. and waited...i watched as people rejoiced from finding their lost baggage, and each time someone did, it gave me just a lil glimmer of hope that maybe it was gettin closer to them finding mine.. utnil 3AM came when the airport "closed" and only the janitors roamed the building... it was fun stuff

[I STANK!]
so apparently they brought my luggage to champaign on saturday's flight to champaign from chicago even tho i didn't GO ON THE PLANE.. and since ellen was goin to get to champaign around the same time as my luggage, i had her get mine for me. she pretended to be me.. and told them she had no ID and that she wasn't sure of her street address (cuz she called my street armagedon or somethign close to that when it's really amagansett =P). i was so happy to see my luggage cuz i absolutely STANK!

[dan, dan, dave]
hung out with dan lo... and dan's roomate dan KO.. and their friend dave. it was pretty kewl. watched the dunk/3-point contest with ko, we met up with ellen and the bunch to eat korean food (ellen and i ate SO MUCH!!), and went to ragamuffin and played STREET SCRABBLE! kewlest game ever. we were dorks and staged tournaments. it was the bomb diggity yo

i stayed with coon, and it was pretty kewl. despite the fact that her roomate is a brat, i had a good time talkin to her and hangin out with her. oh, i do love her.. i miss her a lot actualy.. and didn't even get a chance to say bye to her =( but.. yeah.. connie, if u're reading this.. thanks for a great time *wink wink*. I LOVE U!!!

[CFC]
CFC is a really good church. despite the fact that service starts at 9:30.. i really liked it. their pastor was AWESOME.. gave a really good sermon about the war.. which basically solidified my views about this war.. and worship was awesome. it wasn't too upbeat to keep up with the comtemporary style of service but they sang modern songs that we were familiar with. it was really good. pastor min's sermon was really powerful and precise. even tho he told us he wasn't goin to sway us one way or the other and he.. kinda did.. whcih bothered me a lot, i like the way he delivered his message- using funny illustrations to cue us in and then backing everything up from the bible. it was good =) defiantely wanna go to that church. afterwards, i hung out with dan's friends at lunch and it was a lot of fun. got to talk to a lot of them and we had some good laughs. good times, good times.

blah.. i'm tired.. i'll fill u guys in on the rest later.. .i think that the trip goes kinda downhill from here anyway. let's take a break ...zZZzzzzZZZ
