hi superpeople of the world.

thanks for those who offered encouragin words to me lately... whether via e-mail, IM, phone, or commenting on my blog.. it's helped me.

yesterday was a pretty good day. the weather was gorgeous and i just spent some time riding around campus soaking it all in. when i got home, i recieved a package from eric =). he's awesome. 2 letters and one package so far. i really have to give "propz" to my friends for keepin in touch w/me and callin me up to catch up and keep in touch. shows they really care. i've come to realize that those conversations are more important to me than anything. they keep me going. although the conversation may be pointless, they really lift me up. nicole, craig, tommy and i have been having sporatic late nite chatroom conversations a few times a week and that has been.... interesting to say the least. as stupid as our conversations get, it's just good to be in there being kooky. nicole is an awesome person and sent me two cards- both which brightened my day instantly. woohoo!! so yeah, i'm very grateful for my friends from back home.

i'm tryin to [hurriedly] make a portfolio... meaning not taking pictures of peices i did, but actualyl drawing/painting peices!! it's due dec 1 and i don't have anythign REALLY good yet. i need good ideas. my brain has creative juice leakage. please... any.. ANY ideas for interesting things i can paint... or draw. if you help maybe i'll do it and give it to you, hehe, that is, if you want it =P.

so the weather is crazy here. 78 degrees right now? what the hey. last month, i took a mcbio exam and i remember wearing a scarf to it, cuz it got caught in my chair =P and yesterday, i had another mcbio exam and i went wearing a t-shirt and capris and flip flops. "WHAT THE HEY," I SAY! "WHAT THE HEY!"
