FDA Reject (11:12:29 AM): it's been exactly two weeks since ur last blog post. u owe it to the world to update!

sorry for not updating in a while. i've been busy... saying goodbye to my family and friends (that was really hard.. i think i had a harder time saying goodbye this summer than the last... whew..), packing, driving to UIUC with my mommy.. and then.. unpacking and settling in my new dorm with my new roommates! =)

so yeah, it's been pretty busy. so much i have to say but i dotn' even know where to begin. so.. OH i'm OFFICIALLY a graphics design major now.. so yay for that! =) and uhh.. yeah. wow. my mind is so busy with schoolwork i don't even know what to say right now.

i'm living in a triple right now and it's absolutely gigantuous. my desk is at one end of the room and my bed is at the complete opposite. the tv is next to my comp too and when i lay in bed, i can barely read what it says on the tv screen! crazy crazy. so yeah.. my roommates are awesome. their names are isabel and lizzie--really awesome girls. isabel and i have so much crazy things in common, i love it! we both LOVE oprah.. which is awesome. we watch it at 4 everyday. =) and we are connected in so many ways through different people.. small small world. but yeah, we've been having fun every night roaming bromley and hanging out with people. the other night, she was daring enough to let our friend luke cut her hair. CRAZY. so yeah, it's been lotsa fun.

i'm actually enjoying classes too! my GD teacher is SO AWESOME. he e-mails us about EVERYTHING... everything he's thinking, or doing.. the last e-mail we recieved from him today was a long rant about how he loves drawing thumbnails, and then he scanned some in for us and sent it to us for us to see.. and then he ends the e-mail saying "i'm goin to go grab a martini and then go check out "hero" so you probably won't hear from me the rest of night." hehe. he's so amusing. i'm excited for classes this semester. they should be awesome. i'm also taking Masterpieces of East Asian Literature. at first i took it cuz dan begged me to, but now.. i'm actually enjoying it. the books and the stories we're reading all seem pretty interesting. i have hope for this coming schoolyear =). now for some pictures...
