update: africa is awesome, and we're having tons of fun here. pictures will be posted soon. unfortunately, rob's skis did not make the top 20... there are a lot of good designs this year. thanks if you were planning on voting, but it's not neccessary anymore. he's not bummed cause he already won last year and this year's level of design is much higher. -- sheila and rob

I hope that you can find it in your hearts to help me out again for this years rossignol create it ski design contest. Thank you so much if you voted last year, it was an amazing trip and I got to meet the pros who's skis I designed this year. Anyways, I will be in Africa starting tomorrow until january 16th studying art history and will not be able to get to the computer for the online voting stage of the contest. This is where I hope that you will remember this message when the time comes, vote for me, and then get as many people as you can to vote for me as well. So anyways, here are the details if you are willing to help me out...
January 8th - 14th will be the date for the first online votes. They may be late with posting them online as they were last year. So please starting january 8th, go to www.rossignol.com , select language, go to "freeski" and look for the "createIt 2" link to vote. I wont know exactly where to look on the website but this is how you get the information currently so i assume it will be in this spot for the voting link too(in the bottom left corner). last year they asked you to vote for 5 pairs of skis. If this remains the same, then please vote for my 2 pairs (the pictures above) and then any 3 bad ones as to not compete with me. If they only ask you to vote for one pair, vote for my pair of skis on the right because I think it has a better chance of winning.
Once you do this please get as many people as you can to vote for me...link them to the voting page and then tell them to vote for my 2 pairs! AND please remember to vote...I know its 2 weeks away so I appreciate it if you keep it in the back of your head.
